Usage Terms

These Usage Terms apply to all purchases from Marketing Kit Vault (“we,” “us,” “our”), including digital downloads, Canva templates/links, bundles, and memberships (collectively, the “Products”). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Usage Terms.

1) What You’re Buying

When you purchase from Marketing Kit Vault, you are purchasing a license to use our digital Products. You are not buying ownership of the underlying designs, layouts, written content, or template systems.

2) Commercial Use Allowed (For Your Own Business)

You may use our Products for commercial use to market your own business.

This includes:

  • Editing templates (text, colors, photos, contact info)

  • Posting on social media, websites, and ads

  • Sending in email marketing

  • Printing for your own marketing (flyers, sign-in sheets, etc.)

  • Using the kit across multiple promotions/listings/services under your own business

3) Who Can Use the Products

This license is for one business (one brand/account) only.

You may share access with people working inside your business (example: your assistant, admin, or team member) only for the purpose of creating marketing for your business.

You may not share with:

  • other business owners (even if you’re friends),

  • other agents/contractors outside your business,

  • other companies,

  • clients who want the templates for themselves,

  • marketing agencies or VA services who will reuse the templates for multiple clients.

4) No Resale / No Redistribution (Strict)

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, gift, sublicense, or transfer our Products

  • Share or post the Canva template links anywhere

  • Upload templates/files to shared drives, folders, marketplaces, memberships, courses, or resource libraries

  • Offer our templates as part of your own “template bundle,” “done-for-you kit,” PLR/MRR, or similar product

  • Claim the Products as your own creations for resale

In plain English: You can use it for your own marketing. You cannot share it or sell it.

5) Canva Template Links

Some Products include Canva template links. These links are provided for your convenience so you can click Use template and create your own editable copy.

  • You may not share Canva template links.

  • Canva is a third-party platform and your use of Canva is subject to Canva’s own terms.

6) Membership Access (If Included)

If you purchase a subscription (e.g., Monthly Drops Membership):

  • You have access to the membership vault and drops only while your subscription is active.

  • If you cancel, access ends at the end of your billing period.

  • Downloaded standalone products you purchased separately remain yours under these Usage Terms.

7) Content Responsibility + Compliance

You are responsible for:

  • verifying your business information, pricing, claims, and any service details,

  • ensuring your marketing complies with all applicable laws, platform rules, and professional regulations for your industry.

We do not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice.

8) Enforcement

If we detect unauthorized sharing or redistribution, we may:

  • revoke access to Products (where applicable),

  • refuse future service,

  • and/or take legal action to protect our intellectual property.
