Welcome to Marketing Kit Vault (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase and use of our digital products, downloads, and memberships (collectively, the “Products”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our Products.

1) Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state/province/country, or that you have permission from a parent/guardian.

2) Digital Products and Delivery

Our Products are digital and delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive access via download links and/or Canva template links (as applicable).

You are responsible for:

providing a valid email address at checkout,
downloading and saving your files, and
ensuring your device/software can open the files (PDF/ZIP) and access Canva links.

We are not responsible for access issues caused by:

incorrect email addresses,
spam filters,
device limitations,
internet outages,
Canva account limitations or changes to Canva features.

3) License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product, you are purchasing a license to use it—not ownership of the underlying design, templates, or content.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited commercial-use license to:

customize the templates and materials for your own business marketing, and
publish the finished marketing content for your business use.

This license is for one business (one account/brand/team) only.

4) Prohibited Use (No Sharing / No Resale)

You may not:

resell, redistribute, share, gift, sublicense, or transfer any Product, file, template, or Canva link,
share Canva template links with any other business owner, marketer, agency, VA service, coach, or third party,
upload any Product files/templates to a public or private drive, folder, marketplace, membership, course portal, or “resource library” where others can access them,
claim the Products as your own for resale (including PLR/MRR),
create derivative template packs for resale or distribution.

Unauthorized sharing or resale is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access (where applicable) and legal action.

5) Canva and Third-Party Platforms

Some Products include Canva template links. Canva is a third-party platform and is not owned or controlled by us. Your use of Canva is subject to Canva’s own terms and policies.

We do not guarantee that Canva will maintain the same features, pricing, or availability.

6) Membership Terms (Monthly Drops Membership)

If you purchase a membership subscription (e.g., Monthly Drops Membership), you agree to the following:

Access

While your subscription is active, you receive access to membership Products as described on the sales page.
Vault access remains active only while your subscription is active.
If you cancel, your access to the membership vault and future drops ends at the end of your billing period (unless otherwise stated).

Payments

You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
If payment fails, access may be paused until payment is updated.

Fair Use

Membership access is for the subscriber’s own business use. Sharing, redistributing, or posting vault files/links is prohibited.

7) Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature of our Products and immediate access, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except where required by law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us at marketingkitvault@gmail.com and we will help you troubleshoot delivery.

8) Accuracy and No Professional Advice

Our Products are provided for general marketing and educational use only. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your marketing complies with:

local, state/provincial, and federal laws,
industry regulations and advertising rules,
platform policies (Meta/Instagram/Facebook, etc.),
and any professional licensing or business requirements applicable to your industry.

9) No Guarantees / Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding results, including but not limited to leads, inquiries, conversions, revenue, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

10) Intellectual Property

All Products—including templates, layouts, written content, designs, branding elements, and documents—are owned by Marketing Kit Vault and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not remove copyright notices or represent our Products as your own for resale.

11) User Conduct

You agree not to use our site or Products for any unlawful purpose, including infringement, harassment, spamming, or distribution of malware.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing Kit Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or Products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in question.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketing Kit Vault from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of Products or violation of these Terms.

14) Changes to Products or Terms

We may update or discontinue Products at any time. We may also update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, MS, without regard to conflict of law principles.
