Do I need a Canva account?

Yes—Canva is required to edit the templates. A free Canva account works (this kit is built to be Canva-free-elements compatible).

Can I share the Canva links with another agent or business?

No. Your purchase is a license for one business. Sharing links/files with other realtors or businesses is not permitted.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital downloads with instant access, all sales are final (see Refund Policy). If you have trouble accessing your files or a link is broken, contact support and we’ll help.

What support do you provide?

If you have a download/access issue (ZIP won’t open, link not working), email [Support Email] with your order number. We’ll help you get access.

What is the “SUITE” keyword for?

It’s a built-in lead capture system. Your posts prompt people to DM/comment “SUITE”, and you respond with listing details + the Suite-Ready Checklist (both included).
