Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Marketing Kit Vault. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

Because our products are digital downloads and/or include immediate access to Canva template links, all sales are considered final once access is delivered.


1) Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital products (instant access and the ability to copy/download files), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • digital kits and templates,

  • downloadable files (PDF, ZIP, etc.),

  • Canva template link products,

  • bundles.

Please review the product description, what’s included, and usage terms before purchasing.


2) Exceptions — When We Will Help

If you experience a technical delivery issue, we will help you resolve it. This includes situations like:

  • you did not receive your download email,

  • your download link is not working,

  • the ZIP file is corrupted,

  • a Canva link in your “Start Here” PDF is broken.

Contact us at marketingkitvault@gmail.com with:

  • your order number, and

  • a brief description (screenshots help).

We’ll work with you to make sure you can access what you purchased.


3) Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • changing your mind after purchase,

  • purchasing by mistake,

  • not having Canva (or not wanting to create a Canva account),

  • not knowing how to use Canva or edit templates,

  • not reading the product details or file requirements,

  • inability to open files due to device/software limitations,

  • sharing/access problems caused by forwarding links to others,

  • violations of our Usage Terms / License.


4) Membership Subscriptions (Monthly Drops Membership)

If you purchase a subscription (e.g., Monthly Drops Membership):

  • You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.

  • We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time after a billing cycle has started.

  • Access remains active until the end of your current billing period (unless access is terminated for policy violations).


5) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue, please contact us first at marketingkitvault@gmail.com so we can help. Filing a chargeback for a digital product after access has been provided may result in loss of access to current and future purchases.
